On October 1, 2025 Burlington Golf and Country Club Ltd.'s Voting Members ratified a Special Resolution by the Board of Directors for the continuance of the Burlington Golf and Country Club under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010.
In accordance with the legislation all shares have been cancelled.
